 ·       Products Will Be Exchanged If Returned Within 7 Days From The Date Purchased Provided The Items Have Not Been Used, And Are Accompanied With The Original Sales Invoice And Tag.

·        Items Purchased During Promotions/Sales Period Will Not Be Exchanged Or Refunded.

·        All Returned Or Exchanged Items Must Be Unwashed, Unworn, And Undamaged, With All Tags Attached, And With The Original Receipt. 

·        Repaired/Tailored/Altered Items Are Non-Refundable and Cannot Be Exchanged Once Performed.

·        Gift Cards And Store Credit Are Not Transferable And May Not Be Used To Purchase Another Gift Card Or E-Gift Card. Gift Cards And Store Credit Cannot Be Returned For A Refund Or Exchange And Are Not Redeemable For Cash. If Damaged, Lost Or Stolen, Gift Cards Can Only Be Replaced With Original Proof Of Purchase For The Remaining Value In Our Records At The Time The Card Is Reported. 

·        No Cash Refunds Will Be Entertained And Credit Note/Voucher Of Same Amount Will Be Issued To Customer With Specified Validity.

·        Please Check Your Purchased Item At The Time Of Receiving, Vogue, Will Not Be Responsible For Any Missing Items Or Any Kind Of Physical Damages On The Item Purchased.

·        We Are Not Responsible If The Package Arrives To You Already Opened, It May Have Been Tampered With During Transit Of The Package. Items Will Only Be Returned If They Are Damaged In Packed Condition.

International Shipping Rates

International Shipping is determined by a Number of Factors Including, The Number of Items You Are Purchasing, The Weight of the Items and the Destination Location. International Shipping Will Be Calculated and Guaranteed Based on the Items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

Minimum Charge is BD 7 for delivery depending on the number of items, weight of products and destinations.

International Express Delivery usually arrives within 2-5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

International Standard Delivery usually arrives within 5-14 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
